CAN YOUR BUSINESS RETURN TO NORMAL QUICKLY AFTER A DATA LOSS?

WE CAN'T PREVENT DISASTERS, BUT WE HELP YOU AVOID DISRUPTIONS

Fires. Floods. Earthquakes. Imagine what a natural or manmade accident - not to mention theft and deliberate damage - can do to your business.

There are two ways to reduce the risk of losing your priceless data.

The first is a comprehensive plan for how your business will maintain its continuity in the event of disaster.

The second is to define acceptable recovery point objective (RPO) and recovery time objective (RTO).

RPO is the maximum tolerable period in which data might be lost from an IT service due to a major incident. Typically this is measured in days', or potentially weeks', worth of data.

RTO is the targeted duration of time and level of service needed to restore a business after a disaster or disruption occurs in order to mitigate risks associated with a break in business continuity. RTOs are typically measured in hours and can sometimes be as long as a few days.

IN A CRISIS, WOULD YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR WOULD YOU HAVE THE ANSWERS?

Our disaster recovery (DR) experts work with you to develop and test a business continuity plan that details how your business will operate when disaster strikes.

  • Minimise disruption and enable your company to operate seamlessly from the moment disaster hits, through to the full restoration of your information.

  • Automatically and securely back up from servers, desktops, laptops and mobile devices to off-site locations so all of your data is available when employees and customers need it.

  • Ensure that proprietary information remains in your controls with security features such as remote data deletion, port access control, device tracing and state-of-the-art encryption.
Recall’s cloud disaster recovery (CDR) is a managed service that enables you to rapidly recover mission-critical data and systems in our cloud after disaster. We guarantee your recovery times, and back them with 1-, 24- or 48-hour service level agreement (SLA) options. All that’s needed is a computer with Internet access and you can to remotely pull your recovered systems and data from our secure, purpose-built cloud.

You can rely on Recall’s DR specialists to manage the planning, testing, and deployment of your recovery processes.
